Order processing will begin once payment for the respective order has been confirmed.
Once the order has been dispatched, the customer will be notified by email with the assigned tracking number and a link that allows shipment tracking on the carrier’s website.
Please note that shipping information may take up to 24 hours from dispatch confirmation to be updated on the carrier’s website, for which ARES55 cannot be held responsible.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination.
Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding local and national public holidays, to the address provided by the customer at checkout.
Providing an incorrect or incomplete delivery address may result in the order being returned to ARES55 and may generate additional costs for the customer. For this reason, customers are advised to ensure that their delivery address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase.
Once an order has been placed, the billing details provided cannot be changed. The delivery address cannot be modified by ARES55; however, customers may request an address change directly with the carrier. This request must be made as soon as possible, within the carrier’s delivery timeframe.
